Milestones

20 years since the Group was founded, NEODERM has grown dramatically from a 3-person distributor of medical aesthetics products and equipments to a leading player in the industry, with over 1,000 staff in Hong Kong and China.

Through medicine and aesthetics, we can change the lives of others by improving their appearances. Their lives can then be rewritten and enriched.

To me, the meaning of life is none greater than changing the lives of others.

Through medicine and aesthetics, we can change the lives of others by improving their appearances. Their lives can then be rewritten and enriched.

NEODERM gives colours to life. This is what NEODERM was created for.

 

 

Everything is possible if you have a vision.

Youth and a beautiful appearance are not everything. But they can be means to give you self confidence.

Women today, regardless of age, have growing expectations of their skin, body shape and overall wellbeing.

This idea came to me 20 years ago.

 I was able to see farther than others, and more clearly than others. With this vision, I started a business in what was then still a new and unfamiliar field. I brought in world class medical aesthetic products and equipment and introduced them to Hong Kong women. Since then, the field has opened up and many competitors have emerged. But it is always NEODERM that sets the trend and we have eyes only on higher goals. With an acute marketing sense, we utilise digital technology to always stay one step ahead. We know what customers want before they realise it themselves. Not only do we meet their needs, but also explore their potential desires.

For women, we create endless opportunities to be more beautiful. NEODERM helps you embrace yourself and open up new worlds.

Because of love, we have taken on an important mission. To beautify life, and to make it ever more colourful.

Because of our sense of mission, we always soldier on. This is why we have never made any compromise even during the disastrous times of the SARS outbreak, the financial tsunami or any other time when the global economy was in turmoil. By contrast, we strove to strengthen our internal structure, applying Six Sigma, CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Assessment Tool) and RSAT (Result Satisfaction Assessment Tool) to improve our management in a systematic way. Externally, we pick the best partners from around the world and explore new business areas, while continually improving customer experience and communication channels.

The HKMA Quality Award - Gold Award is an honor that symbolises the industry’s praise to NEODERM’s achievements. More importantly, this also means that our core values are broadly approved by professionals.
